What initially drew you to Portacool? How did you first get involved with Portacool?
I had been looking for a job in the area for about six months. Several of my friends worked at Portacool and they recommended I apply. It was a decision I’m glad I made.
What is your favorite thing about working at Portacool?
My favorite thing is the hours. Normally I work Monday through Thursday, which means I get to spend more time with my daughter, Ileana. I also enjoy the people I work with and the job I do. I have gotten to do many jobs on the assembly line and it makes me proud to be able to show that to the new employees.
What is your favorite memory from your time at Portacool so far?
Many times the company comes together as a group for meals at Thanksgiving or Christmas. Several times I remember the directors and CEO all dressed in aprons to serve the employees. Not only was it fun to have a great meal with my coworkers, but also to have the bosses serve us!
